Sorry to see you go.

Delete your account
You can delete your Percenty account from inside the app at any time, without contacting anyone. It can't be undone.
In the app
- Open Percenty and go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Tell us why, if you'd like to. This is optional.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete Account.
- Tap Delete in the confirmation message.
Your account is removed as soon as you confirm, and you're signed out. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

Without the app
If you can't get into the app, email adnanealk@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the subject Account Deletion Request. Tell us you want your account deleted. We'll check that the account is yours and delete it within 30 days of confirming your identity, unless a different timeline is required by law.
What is removed
- Your profile and sign-in details, including any linked Google or Apple sign-in
- Your habits, habit stacks, logged days, streaks, rewards, and milestones
- Your partnerships and any promises attached to them
- Your notifications, notification settings, and device push tokens
- People you blocked, and reports you filed or that were filed about you
Your partners are told that a partnership has ended, and your name is removed from the notifications they've received. If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to revoke Percenty's access. If you signed in with Google, you can remove Percenty from your Google Account's connected apps.
What is kept
- A deletion record, for 90 days: a one-way hash of your email address (not the address itself), an internal account ID, the date, and the reason if you gave one. It lets us match a later support request to a deletion, and it's removed automatically after 90 days.
- Suggestions you sent in the app, with the link to your account removed. If one contains personal details you want gone, email us.
- Backups: [To confirm: whether database backups are taken, and how long they are kept]
We may also keep limited records where the law requires it.
Afterwards
A deleted account and its data can't be restored, but you're welcome to create a new account at any time. For more detail, see the Privacy Policy, or get in touch through Support.
